Theresa Sengaaga Ssali (Senior Social Worker-Team Leader) Theresa has extensive experience in settlement service provision including crisis case management and family mediation. She is a Qualifield Disability Direct Support Officer with 15 years working experience with DHS – Southern. She is a trained mediator, gazetted/registered with the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria  and holds Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.

David Tut Kuiy: David has extensive experience in settlement services provision with particular interest in the areas of youth and housing and in crisis management with the Sudanese community. David speaks Nuer, Sudanese-Arabic and Amharic

 Duku Chaplain Wolkare: With more than 7 years experience developing community aid related projects, supervising projects and facilitating peace reconciliation workshops and, having lived as a refugee and worked amongst refugees Duku has a deep understanding of cultural differences and of issues experienced both abroad in Africa and here in Australia. Duku speaks Bai Sudanese Arabic, Kiswahili and Kiganda.
